First, we start with a comprehensive collection of object data, followed by a detailed ESG brief analysis. Here, we place particular emphasis on developing a decarbonization path that demonstrates how your properties can work sustainably and effectively towards reducing their CO2 footprint.
On-site appointment with our energy and construction experts
A meeting with our energy efficiency experts and a member of our construction team is scheduled. Comprehensive energy analyses will be conducted during this on-site visit, and the individual construction aspects will be assessed by a qualified member of our team.
Development and personal discussion of the ESG strategy, energy consulting including iSFP/ DIN V 18599
Next, we will create a detailed 3D model, which serves as a basis for the development of comprehensive energy measures. This step allows for a precise analysis of energy efficiency and also forms the basis for the design of both energy-related and structural measures.
PHASE 2
Implementation of the transformation
BAFA/KfW funding programs/financing procurement
After consulting with you, we identify the ideal combination options for funding. From providing all necessary documents to successful procurement and ultimately disbursement of funds, we accompany you throughout the entire process.
