  • Customer management & strategic account development: You look after our customers and conduct negotiations at eye level with decision-makers, often at C-level. Using data-driven analyses, you develop individual strategies to further develop existing customer relationships and maximize customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Lead generation & qualification: You independently identify new customers, qualify leads from our marketing team and guide them through the entire decision-making process. Your targeted and consultative approach ensures that potential customers recognize the added value of our solutions.
  • Closing contracts & sustainable relationships: You are responsible for the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing. Through proactive support and individual solutions, you ensure long-term customer satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.
  • Proactive market and KPI orientation: You will work closely with the Head of Sales to make data-based decisions and continuously optimize the sales process. You will keep an eye on important KPIs such as lead volume, conversion rates and pipeline quality.
  • Co-creation & teamwork: In our growing company, you will actively shape sales processes, share best practices and support your team in sales development and account management. You will also pass on valuable market feedback to our marketing team in order to continuously improve our strategies.
Your skills and qualifications
  • Your background: Successful Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally from a business school or university in a business-related course of study, comparable professional training or many years of experience in sales at a fast-growing company or start-up.
  • Experience: At least 4+ years of strategic B2B sales experience, ideally in real estate, construction or a technology-oriented environment. Proven success in closing complex sales cycles.
  • High profile clients: Experience working with demanding clients and a strong understanding of the needs of C-level decision makers.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to develop and implement data-driven strategies. In-depth knowledge of using CRMs such as HubSpot to optimize sales processes.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to present complex issues convincingly. Negotiation skills in German and English.
  • Entrepreneurial thinking: You recognize opportunities independently, set strategic priorities and develop creative solutions to drive growth. Your actions are always proactive and geared towards sustainable added value.
