Greenstone is an independent transaction and asset management company with a clear focus on transforming residential properties with high renovation and optimization potential.
As part of our Manage-to-Green strategy , we further develop existing properties—especially apartment buildings—in terms of energy efficiency, economics, and structure, with the aim of achieving sustainable value appreciation over the entire real estate lifecycle.
